Question: I am required to deposit my 941 taxes monthly. Why can’t I check the Monthly Schedule Depositor box on page 2 line 14 of the 941 Form?
Answer: The IRS has made changes to the 941 form. No matter how often you are required to pay the taxes, if the quarterly amount is less than $2,500 you are to check the box stating Line 10 Is Less Than $2,500 on line 14.
